Ordering

Please send us your requirements via the contact page and we will provide a quotation for the materials you require and an estimated delivery time from receipt of order. The prices quoted exclude shipping costs, local import duties and taxes, and specific shipping documentation such as Certificates of origin.

The electrodes can be supplied ready for cables to be connected or complete with cable already connected. For the cable specifications which we supply and instructions on how to connect your own cable please click here. Alternatively you may wish to supply your own specialist cable for us to connect to the electrodes.

Delivery

The electrodes are delivered by courier to the stated destination but the client will be responsible for payment of all local import duties and taxes which may be needed to clear customs. Delivery is generally within 3 days of dispatch from our manufacturing base.

Please ensure that you supply clear delivery addresses and contact telephone numbers. In some cases authenticated shipping documentation such as Certificates of Origin and Conformity Certificates are required and there will an additional charge and time implication if these are required.

Uploading

Specific tender documentation can be uploaded as part of your enquiry for us to evaluate the supply equipment requirements and provide a formal quotation. Please click here to upload documents.

Production Time

We usually have LD15 and LD25 units in stock and for orders below 100 units can dispatch within two weeks. For larger orders or alternative electrodes these will be made to order and the delivery time is three weeks from receipt of order. We will endeavor to meet specific delivery schedules but these are complex measurement instruments which do require time to manufacture.
